Heart Look for everyones help, lets help each other!!

Hello everyone,

I have just joined this site and i really hope i can learn from it. I stuggle everyday to survive these demins of mental health. If anyone can help to enlighten me with knowledge, statergies, natural ways to help ADD, cronic anixiety, OCD, Depresson, Body dismorfic disorder, Post tramtic stress disorder for my son, and maybe even border line scitzo frinic than i would be more and welcome to read and take it your suggestions.
