Default Hi all new to board

Good morning,
My name is Denise.I am a mother of one beautiful 2 yr old girl and wife of Mark.We live in Elk Grove and love going to church and keping busy.
Last year I had a tumor removed from my pituitary gland .This past week I was taken to the ER due to blinding headaches thinking that the tumor was coming back. All is good on that front but the doctor told me I have a cyst on the third ventricle .He didn't say it was a colloid cyst but a( I am going to butcher the spelling)consemlitey cyst.
If anyone could translate that for me and tell me waht it s I would appreciate it.The next step for me is to go see a neurologist.
Thank you

Sorry I can't help you re: the cyst. I just wanted to welcome you to Neuro Talk.

I'm sure someone will come along soon who will be familiar with your problem and guide you to the right forum.

In the meantime, take a look around. Lots of forums and a great group of people.

Hi Nisey!!
Welcome to Neurotalk.

I did a little search and found the American Brain Tumor Association.
They have a page for Tumors and Treatments... on the right hand side there is a link for Cysts. I also included their address and phone number.

Maybe if you contact them they can provide information on your type of cyst.

Hi there Denise. I have a very close GF also known as Nisey so it's very nice to meet another one.

I see you've already been given some great information, so I'll just step back and hope to meet up with you around the forums somewhere.
