Question Hello to you all...

Hello everyone, nice to meet you. I joined this site because in 2005 I had a series of seizures or so called seizures. I have never been diagnosed. Here is my story.

For 2 weeks before I had the seizure my left hand would lock. It would lock so bad that sometimes it would hurt. One time I was peeling a potato and my hand locked around the potato and I couldn't get the potato out of my hand. It hurt so bad. I went to the doctor and showed him how I could trigger my hand to do this. I would twirl a pencil between my fingers and then my hand would spaz's out and lock up. He scheduled me an appointment with the neuro the following week. That Thursday morning I got up to get ready for work. Took a shower and while in the shower my arm shot up in the air and I began to shake and my vision began going black. The next thing I knew I was waking up surrounded by 7 men, paramedics. I was shaky and weak. Later I realized I had a seizure. Went to the hospital and they said I was fine and they sent me home. I was fine for 24 hours. Then at my mom's I had another seizure where I blacked out into a deep sleep. I had about 7 before the hospital would keep me. While in the hospital I was having them all day. Everything would trigger them. Brushing my teeth, just everything. I would sense them before they happened. I had them for 10 days straight. The worst one lasted 3 hours. I have not had one since but I do have tingling and sometimes numbing on the left side of my face. The feeling never goes away, it happens 24/7 just there are times when it becomes really strong. It will travel into my arm and sometimes my leg but mostly my face and tongue. If anyone has idea's of what this could be, that would help. I'm not on med's and don't want to take them without an answer or an idea. I also get really bad headaches that sometimes makes me feel sick. The pain is over my left eye and the back of my head. I have sinuses and I think sometimes it can be them but the pressure and pain is so bad that it takes more then sinus meds to clear it. I also take migraine over the counter to help. The combo does wonders. But it still bothers me.

Hi Diamond and welcome to Neuro Talk. I see Frank already gave you a link. I know sometimes not having a diagnosis is worse than the symptoms themselves. I hope you get some answers soon.
