Default Hello everyone

Hi there everyone i am a 55 yr old that has had 3 back operations at the L 4-5 level and 1 neck.at the c4-5 level last january from a head on crash 3 yrs ago..and have just found out that i have a broad based disc bulge at the c6-7..and I was researching when i found your site and didn't feel alone..
