Arrow Circadian-Challenged Greetings from Arizona

Howdy, NT. I'm glad this forum exists. There are few places to discuss multiple ailments without roaming far off a board's topic -- I like the atmosphere here.

I'm here primarily due to a currently-undiagnosed sleep/circadian rhythm disorder [I meet the descriptions of infracircadian non-24-hour sleep/wake syndrome], but I'm also anxious to discuss some suspected connections with other conditions.

If avatars are encouraged for general use, I'd like to upload mine. [It's a clean pic, non-copyrighted.] Thanks for your time, and assumptively also your welcoming.

Hello and Welcome to Neurotalk - you will meet many great people here!

I'm sorry to hear about everything that you are going through . I really hope you are able to get some answers real soon.

If you need anything, please don't hesitate to ask - I am more than happy to help you in anyway I possibly can!

It's up to you if you want to use an Avatar really, many of the members have them and find them quite cool and a great way to get to know people!

Take care of yourself and I look forward to seeing you around the forum soon!!

Alison
