Just wandered in here. Have a young family member with problems stemming from the hypothalamic-pituitary axis of an idiopathic nature (unknown cause). That means sleep problems. Hormone problems. Immune problems. Has inflammatory problems and this diet is extremely important, as well as numerous food supplements.
