Default swollen hands

Hi all i am new.i have just been diagnosed with thoracic outlet syndrome.i also have chronic back and leg pain from 2 failed back operations.i am 42 male and married and i live in bury UK near Manchester.does anyone have swollen hands after they have worked IE washed the car.or done house work? my hands are feeling like they have had a shot of anaesthetic! like at the dentist!.sometimes they feel cold and the middle two fingers feel like someone is standing on them {not nice!!}. STRAKER
