Default Hello to everyone

Well, a friend told me to check out this site, since I am BiPolar, have Panic Disorder, Depression occassionally, and have been an insomniac since I was 14. Still getting used to navigating around in the forums and such, but from what I have read so far, I think it's a wonderful site.

Welcome to Neuro Talk Mickey here is a link to the forum index

http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/

if you scroll down to the bottom of the list you will find a few forums that may be able to help ease your worries and find some answers.

here is another link to the sleep issue forum,
http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/forum45.html

I also suffer from insomnia, a lot, I find this link even more helpful its the game forum, gives me something to do instead of staring at the ceiling

http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/forum104.html

again welcome to NT

Hi Mick,
I just joined this site myself as well.
I have recently been diagnosed bipolar level 1 as well. I used to have major issues with panic disorder and depression. But somehow I got it under control and I can sleep again as well. I can even drink coffee! Having a hard time sleeping can be harsh because I have been there before. It is nice or meet you. And welcome to this site
