Well, a friend told me to check out this site, since I am BiPolar, have Panic Disorder, Depression occassionally, and have been an insomniac since I was 14. Still getting used to navigating around in the forums and such, but from what I have read so far, I think it's a wonderful site.

I just joined this site myself as well. I have recently been diagnosed bipolar level 1 as well. I used to have major issues with panic disorder and depression. But somehow I got it under control and I can sleep again as well. I can even drink coffee! Having a hard time sleeping can be harsh because I have been there before. It is nice or meet you. And welcome to this site |
