Just found the group this morning ---started with a P-Dr. this last week....history of Clinical Depression/GED/REM Sleep Disorder-RLS Having a rough time with starting LAMICTAL...found this group...thanks for being here.

Hey there I just joined here myself. I am sorry about your diagnosis. What is nice about this forum is that we can support each other and you are not alone in this

Hi. Just wanted to send my warmest welcome.

I've suffered from insomnia or YEARS. I even did a sleep disorder study and they gave me the sleep apnea mask and machine.

Drove me crazy. I looked like a creature from the black lagoon. lol

For me, I use Melatonin at night. Works wonders.
