Just found the group this morning ---started with a P-Dr. this last week....history of Clinical Depression/GED/REM Sleep Disorder-RLS Having a rough time with starting LAMICTAL...found this group...thanks for being here.

Hi. Just wanted to send my warmest welcome.

I've suffered from insomnia or YEARS. I even did a sleep disorder study and they gave me the sleep apnea mask and machine.

Drove me crazy. I looked like a creature from the black lagoon. lol

For me, I use Melatonin at night. Works wonders.
