Post New to the neighborhood

Hi,
I'm a 51 year old female who has had a dizziness problem for going on 2 years. It stated with numbness in my right hip and thigh. Everytime I woiuld get up from my desk, I would be dizzy. I made it a point to get up only 3 times while I was working. On Aug 20, 2008 I fell down on the job. My legs got so wobbly that they felt like rubberbands, I could not hold myself. I was taken to the hospital (fell flat on my face, and got some minor cuts and brusies). They ran all kinds of tests and found out that I had two strokes and 4 aneurysms that I knew nothing about. Last year I went to a neurologist who did a MRI with w/o contrast and found nothing. He did however find that I had a bulging disk when he did a MRI of my spine. Last week I went into Overlook Hospital in Somerset, NJ for a coiling of one of the annies. The doctor did not do it, he felt it was a big risk(annie to small). I have not seen him since but have an appointment for 11/24/08. He says he wants to do MRI every 6 months to watcth them. Now, I am dizzy when I get up. I have numbness in both of my feet. Sometimes the pain is unbearable. I walk with a cain because I can not stand up for longer than 10 minutes. My left side is so week that I have to sit down and If there are no seats, I have to sit on the ground. That's how bad it's gotten. I was going to rehab for vestibular rehab but that did not seem to work. I have no physical activity and now find it most difficult to walk. I'm 5'7 and weight 288 lbs. I need to get myself together so I can get back to work. I see black spots on many occasions. Any incouragement out there

Thanks for letting me share,
