Aloha to everyone!
I am getting ready to go see my GP because of some recent events going on inside of my trunk...rythmic pulsating shakes, like the prelude to a rolling earth quake. An then last night the rythum ceased and the shakes just became heavy and volatile. They will and have subsided after a time and I can cause them to subside quicker with focused relaxation/meditation. This is new to me. I am aging 66yoa yet still very active. I'd like to get some direction in awareness rather than just rely on the MDs. I have a history of neurological phenomanon from seizures (localized), loss of vision, TAI's and blackouts. So If I can get some pointers I can start to do some homework. Makuakane |
