Welcome Melody,
I am not computer savvy, can not attach anything, but a year after I joined I can post and do stuff. It takes time. Welcome, got a lot of good people here.

Hello and welcome to Neuro Talk, I see you found the Autism Forum, cool, do not hesitate to ask your questions and or concerns, you will find people here are kind and helpful. The chat room I am not sure, I do know there are minor limits till you post enough post( its a safeguard against spammers).

I just checked it out i couldn't make a room either, honestly i hardly go into chat its too hard for me to keep up, so I am not 100 percent sure but I do believe the rooms that are there are it, for chat. again welcome to NT
