Default hello

My name is Kay Graham and I live in British Columbia, Canada. I am 63 years old and have been diabetic for about 10 years. I have neuropathy in both feet and legs but my biggest problem is that for the past five years I have been waking up stiff ALL over (or so it seems) and this is getting worse. Over the day, it improves (a lot or a little) but never goes away. I can control the pain with ibuprofen and tylenol (together works best) but these really bother my stomach so I can only use them occasionally and when I desperately need a peaceful night's sleep.

So, I am hear to figure out what the problem is and how to make it better. Cheers to all. I am looking forward to getting to know you.

K.
