When i joined the forums I could not find the New Thread button for weeks, I was too stubborn to just ask someone LOL.
I just posted on other members threads, til I found it.

Hi Glomom, and welcome to NeuroTalk.

When I first joined I didn't have a clue how to post pictures, but with the help of some great people here on the site, they talked me though the learning process.

Try the thread that Jo*Mar said, and this old one (which is the one I learnt the picture thing from). You'll have to wade your way through the dialogue, but hopefully you'll get there in the end. :
