Help help

i got hurt on my job, and now i have two torn discs, in two places. i also have numbness on both sides of my body, especially through my right butt cheek. i experinence very bad headaches and neck pain. I have had a couple of epidurals, cortizones shots, physical therapy etc. not to include the arsenol of medication. EVERYTHINGS along my spine hurts. Dr. doesnt want to do fusion for fear of more issues with back. they're at a stand still wit this.... physical therapy was making it worse. i have been dealing with this for 9-10 months. where do i go from here? Please help, im only 33, with new baby.

It took me 4 years to find a Doctor who didnt tell me my pain was from getting old.! The work comp Docs were just trying to push me back to work!

The way I did this was to research my symptoms..all over the Web, chat room convos with people to compare....I got to an understanding of what the Doctor should be doing..if he was trained enough, to do the right things, which would lead to a diagnosis....

It's not easy, and more than frustrating...

this is a great site...all I can say is read read read..become a educated as you can
