Angels Wings the LED lights sound good, would they work for people with SAD? SAD was one of he reasons I moved from the UK to Spain, as I was fed up with the long winters.

I love a shoe experienced woman.

SAD has traditionally been treated with white or blue, but LEDs (light emitting diodes) and infrared are good for wrinkles, depression and insomnia and now they say for SAD too.

I have seen a specific one for eyes, like a night mask. That unit probably wouldn't help muscles, ligaments and tendons, though. I haven't tried the LED and infrared mask yet. I want one of those too, but I have treated by laying the other light pads over my face, on a low setting. It did help. Just don't have time to light up all my owie parts. I'm ususally spending 2 to 3 hours almost everyday, putting it somewhere, while I'm resting or working at my work station. it's also my bed buddy.

There are different settings for what you need. 1 to 3 for dermal, ear & eyes (although you close your eyes). 3 to 5 for muscles, ligaments and tendons. 5 to 7 for bone. Treating bone may take longer to feel results.

I didn't know that it had different setting and was treating my ear on "P Boost" Well, "P" is for pain and "boost" for the highest possible setting. Well, too strong for ear. I did have some good results but happily over did it before I read ALL the instructions. ummmm...... had a red tinged Q-Tip on several occasions. too strong a setting for ear.

The wedding will keep you busy. Try to allow time to rejuvinate for Round 2.
