Default Jaw bone transplant

Hi everyone. I was wondering if anyone has had severe lower jaw bone loss in front only. After a really bad implant surgery I have lost over 85 percent and now am facing a large bone transplant from hip to jaw so I can get implants again. At present I can "glue" a bottom denture into my mouth but it does not stay very long. I am scared and need some advice. Last doctor I trusted did this.
Thanks,
Jenny
