I'd be curious to know a few things about this.
1) were you taking any Bcomplex when the test was done?

2) What was the number result of this test?

There are a few rare conditions that will give a high B-12 result when NO supplements are being taken.

But it depends on what the "high" is. The normal ranges for B12 in this country are fairly confused, and some downright behind the times.

Vitamin B12 has no studies showing toxicity and the FDA has not set an upper limit on its use, as a result.
