Default hello

Hi I have taken the name bygone because it seems as if that is what happened to my life 45 years of living in helplessness and hoplessness are bybvone days now.....I am here to move forward in keeping my depression under control and staying a productive member of society...I am always unsure of my prospects but keep on plugging. More some other time about me. I come from what I think as a utah support site but you never know do you? Its a good site but went stale on me. I don't know what I expect from 3d even after 5 years of posting at one time when I was very symptomatic and in a bad place MHN had a great site. Anyway my friend suggested this site and I thought why not give it a try? I belong to 3d support and facilitate a DBSA support group and have taken an advocacy class through Advocacy United (part of DBSA) the connections in MH are so tenous and overreaching....bygone
