Default I'm back and need some nice women in my corner

Hello , I was on here about 6 month ago for a little bit but have'nt been on for about 4 months.I taked to some nice people and always felt welcome.

The reason why i have decided to come back is to have a support system here with a few close women and whatever help i can find. What i mean by that is i have some learning difficulites and A.D.D. and i have a real hard time with finding information to help me on computers. It's time i stop feeling sorry for myself and start asking questions and askinf for help. I have lead a long life of depression and i have no choice but to get out of it. No disrespect to men i am just more comfortable with women.

My question would be if i had a question what community would i post it in? Such as questions about health in gentral, ways to save money, etc ? I ask this because i have always got GREAT, easy to understand websites from members on here.

Great to be back

Welcome back! I'm glad you decided to join us here again.

In answer to your question.....you could do it several different ways. I think you'd get more answers on a specific topic if you posted in that particular forum.....for example, if your question is about depression the Depression Forum would be your best bet. Just preface your post with something like "Please, only women reply".

There is also a Women's Health Forum where you can post more personal threads......but it's open to everyone so I can only assume that the men read it, too. Here is the Women's Forum.....http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/forum41.html.

I can't say that you won't get a male point of view here and there but I believe for the most part people will respect your request.

Or you could just post your questions in the appropriate forums and pick and choose which replies you choose to read.

The Social Chat Forum has a great thread about saving money. I'll post it here.....http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/thread56047.html. It's a nice forum to go to when you're tired about posting and reading about health problems.

Welcome back!

Welcome back, prettyinpink! I think for the most part, the guys who post on here are respectful to a woman's wishes.

I'm with Kitty, you don't have to even look at the posts you don't want to read.

I think this is a great place to come for help with problems, people here are so very nice and they will try to help if they are able.
