Confused New Today:) 3/23/09

Hi,

Very happy to find a site of kindred spirits. I was searching again--one more time--on "anything" that would help or could cause FM. I have been doing this Sherlock Holmes mystery search for 12 years now. After each new bits of advice from either a Dr., reading everything I can get my hands on concerning this horrible condition. I could go on and on but I will spare you. The point is I have found nothing that will help FM and I now feel like a lab rat.

I feel like my life literally stopped the day bright summer day that I was running around doing my usual cleaning and gardening. Sat down in a lawn chair for about 10 minutes, stood up, and my legs went stiff and it has all been down hill from there.

Anyone that needs an ear I would gladly talk with them. One thing FM did not attack was my love for people.

Glad to be here.

Kat

Welcome to NeuroTalk, Kat!

Sorry for the FM. I've never heard that it could attack someone that suddenly!

We're glad to have you here and look forward to knowing more about you.

Hi Kat, and welcome to NeuroTalk! This is a great place to come to with lots of caring and helpful people.

I going to assume FM is fibromyalgia, and so here is a link to the FM forum.

Hello and welcome to NeuroTalk! I read your profile page and you have a very interesting family! I know how it is never being able to fully relax when one of your children is off on an "adventure".

I hope you'll check out the Fibro forum that Mary Ann posted for you. But feel free to join in anywhere you feel comfortable. Lots of very friendly and caring folks all over this board!
