Hi, I am new here. I have severe allergies along with high blood pressure, vertigo, and menopause and that's just the physical. Have ocd, panic disorder, depression, and specific phobias. Yes, I am a nutcase, but I am surviving.

I have specific issues, which are unlike yours, but, someone and, more,

Thanks for all the replies. Right now as long as I take my medication as I should, I am okay. I do have to go for a check-up and to make any changes to my medication. I have a feeling my blood pressure is not completely under control. I appreciate all the advice and the links to the allergy and menopause forums.
