Welcome... we have some posts on the Vitamin forum right now about Vit D. On pages 1 and 2.

http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/thread83838.html

http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/showthread.php?t=1448

and this one...the newest info from Australia:

http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/thread81900.html

Many members of NeuroTalk have been tested and found low in D. So there are many scattered posts in all the forums on this subject.

Hi, and welcome to NT

Jump in whenever you're ready.

I'm sorry you have so many things to deal with. You are your best advocate. I hope you get better soon.

There's a lot of caring people here who understand how it is to be stricken with bad health. It's no fun. We just pray and support each other.

I look forward to reading your posts.

If I understand your user name correctly (Things Don't Work) then I think it's hysterical! If I'm wrong, well then I guess I'm what's hysterical. Anyway, welcome!

Hello Tings and welcome to NeuroTalk. I'm glad B2Y cleared that up, as I was racking my brain trying to figure out your username. I just recently found out that I too, have a severe Vit D deficiency and my Dr put me on 50,000 iu's of Ergocalciterol once a wk for 12 wks, and then one pill every other wk.

I'm sure you'll find NT to be a great place and I'm glad you found us, so please make yourself at home.
