Chat Hi everyone :)

Sammus is one of my many nicknames, but Sam is my favorite.
I damaged my R knee in 2001, had successful surgery in Jan '02... and then RSD set in.

What I'm dealing with and need info on is this mirror thing RSD does if anyone can help me.What's going on now, is I've got both legs flaring and I never knew that the RSD would spread to the other side of my body. I've been taken off work, and am in a chair until I consult with the original Neuro who diagnosed the RSD with just one look at the R leg. He refused EMG testing as it would cause me horrific pain. He's dead on and he's the best in my area, in my opinion.
I'm also a single mom with 4 kids at home, one with a license, one with a permit, license coming in Nov.. and 2 youngers. I'll at least be able to go places with very willing drivers

Thank you in advance for your help.
Sam

hi, and welcome

So sorry you're suffering with RSD. Not an easy life, I'm sure.

Here is the link to RSD.

Hope you find info that helps. Unfortunately there's lots of people who know exactly what you're going through.

Hi, welcome to the community. You'll find lots of support here. Even those of us that don't have exactly the same health problems as each other "get it", and I know you'll be glad you found this place. It's been a lifesaver to me, many times!
