Default New here

My name is Kacy and I have lumbar disc disease ( protruding disc ) This is all new to me. I found out in December, today I had my first specialist appointment and they explained I have 3 protruding located in L4, L5, and LS1.
So I am here to meet others with the same problem as me and to find ways to help with the pain

Hi, and Welcome to NT

So sorry you have these problems. I have some disc problems too. It's no fun.

There's a lot of info on here. Ask if you need to know how to get around.
