Default Low body temperature

Hello, I am a 58 year old women living in the Boston area and I have a body
temperature of 96 degrees. I also have chronic lyme disease. I am on
herbs to treat lyme. I am thinking of purchasing an Infrared Electric sauna
for my disease. I was wondering if anyone has ever used one and if they think it will help my condition. I exercise every day for two hours and I still
can't get my temperature up.
