Hi, Barb (Brokencountrygal)

That was a really bad accident. So sorry that you and your daughter were severly injured.

You've already found the SS forum. You can research that site.

My first suggestion would be to contact your US Congressperson. Ask your US Congressperson to help you and to inform you of what's going on in your case. Include your personal info and reason for applying for disability. They should keep you updated of what happens in your file.

If you need to know how to get around, just ask.

Wow, I thought I had it bad. I was in a car accident in April and injured my neck. I went to therapy for a month and now my doctor wants to do cervical facet injections and I have no clue if I should go through with this or not, I am scared, nervous, and so confused. So I kinda understand what you are going through but you definitely have it a worse than I do. I wish you the best of luck.
