Unhappy Help understanding MRI results

I just received the results to a recent MRI I had done. Can anyone please shed some light on what all this means?

L5-S1 shows a broad-based disk bulge. There is ventral flattening of thecal sac. There is mild to moderate narrowing of the neural foramina bilaterally, right greater then left.

Mild S-Shaped Scoliosis

I will be going in to se an Orthopaedic doctor in the next few days. I'll like to know if anyone has had any success with any particular treatment. Thanks for you response!
