Blush Hi, I'm new to this site

Hello, I am new here to this site and thankful that it is here. I am also a member or have outgrew the needs of mental health and now into more mental and physical health combined, psychcentral.

I first was diagnosed with a chronic disableing mental illness in 1994, and about 7 years ago I began to have a combined turn of fate for the physical aspects of disability.

I continue to struggle with mental illness, along with chronic pain, and the social stigma associated with both of these things or illness' come into the days and nights and feed off one another.

Mental illness I am diagnosed with having schizoaffective disorder and bipolar disorder as well as OCD personality disorder, PTSD and adult ADHD

I am now 36 almost 37 yo and have and was discovered about 7 years ago with Degenerative disc dise and arthritis in my joints and cervical spinal stenosis, Neurapy, Myalgia and chronic idiopathic central nervous system disease. carpel tunnel in right and left, fallen arches in both feet, male testicular failure, hypothyroidism, cysts on my kidneys, adreanal adenomas or tumors of a benign nature. Now Diabetes, and Chronic pain.

I have 2 pet cats and live alone in an apartment.

This is all about me that I am able to write for now. Thank you and look forwrd to talking or support in this challenging battle.

Take Care and Thanks again knonicpainz AKA KRZYKRIS101

Welcome to our community.

I'm glad you found us. This is a good place with lots of understanding and friendly people.

You certainly have a lot on your plate. Too much for one person to deal with, really. I don't know why some people are stricken with so many things. I just know sometimes bad things happen to good people.

There's lots of forums you should visit. Here are a few...

For diabetes. That's a bad one. You have to be compliant with your diet here, okay? Not that anyone wants it, but a diabetic diet is the perfect diet for good/improved health.
