Default I'm new and looking for hope

I am 57 years old and have Luekocytoclastic vasculitis. I'm currently on Humera and prednisone in hopes of getting it under control. I had the a very intense outbreak a week ago and am just now begining to feel better. I'm here because for support primarily and to find others who may be going through similar challenges. I contracted Hep C after a blood transfusion and that is the systemic cause for the vasculitis. Any support would be much appreciated. Also if you know of any other sites I might visit would be a big help.
Thank you,
Faithful

Hello faithful, and welcome to NeuroTalk! This is such a nice place with lots and lots of friendly, caring, and helpful people.

We're so glad you found us!

I have never heard of leukocytoclastic vasculitis, so I'm unable to give you any advice. Also, this is the only forum I'm on, so I can't give you any help finding another place to go to for help.

Here is a link where you may want to get started:

http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/forum2.html

It is general health conditions and rare disorders.

Hello,

So sorry you're having trouble. I'm not too familiar with your diagnosis.

I Googled and got some good links for you:

I hope this helps you some.
