Hello and Welcome to Neurotalk, Cochrankat!! I see that you have been a member since 2007 but wanted to re-welcome you!

I'm sorry to hear that you suffer from Parkisons Disease! You will meet many great people here who i'm sure will try and help you in anyway they possibly can! My uncle suffered from Parkinsons but I was only a baby so I don't remember much about what he went through.

If you ever need any help, please feel free to ask - we are all more than happy to help if we can!

Take care of yourself and hope to see more of you soon!

Alison

Hello Kathleen, I am a new member and I also look forward to chatting with other members. I just learned how to use a computer about 2 yrs ago, and I am so amazed on all the great people you can meet that share their common issues---it helps so much to know you are not alone. I am 49yrs and have been diagnosed with dystonia, but I am not yet certain if I also have Parkinsons? I have many other nuero promblems also that I am trying to research---I don't know where to start?? I admire Michael J Fox for his courage and hope I can have at least some of his attitude. Take good care and best wishes hutch
