Wink Just Saying "Hi"

Hello Everyone,

I was a newbie to BT and so I guess that makes me a refugee now too!

I am 37 and have been dealing with thoracic back pain for the last 10yrs.
My condition has continued to change each year along with my pain, therefore changing meds and treatments constantly.

I have tried all passive forms of treatment from PT, Massage, to injections etc.
No luck with anything, except I do continue with Registered massage on a weekly basis, she keeps my spasms under control.

For the past 4.5yrs I have been on Fentanyl patches now @75mcg @ 48hrs and recently added Cymbalta for nerve pain.

I have just been scheduled for Spinal Fusion with Instrumentation from T-7
to L-1 in October, so I guess I have that to look forward too now.

Keeping my fingers crossed that it will bring me some relief!

Nice to meet you all, look forward to getting to know you better
