Question Nerve Block Question

I just got my occipital nerve block on Friday- it wasn't the least painful thing, but I lived. First half my head went numb, and now it still hurts to touch where she injected it- 4 days later... should this be? Also it still feels like there is fluid in there, or that that side is swollen- I am just wondering if this is normal, or should I be worried about this...
