Default Best resources or centers

Im not sure what I have exactly, but after repeated dental work near the trigeminal nerve, I now have extreme pain in my ear and slight pain down my jaw. Painkillers are barely working. I sense this is worsening in general.

Two questions:

Does nerve pain ever heal on its own?

What is the top treatment center in the country to treat neuralgia issues ?

Thank you.
