Default Physical Therapy for Occipital Neuralgia?

Hey all. New here.

About a month ago I was diagnosed with ON. I'm currently assessing options. I have constant nerve pain but minimal headaches until I exert myself or turn my head.

Has anyone had success with physical therapy?

Happy for any help you can give.
