Default ON for 20 years and at my wit's end!

I was diagnosed with ON 3 years ago after being misdiagnosed for 17 years with various kinds of headaches. I suffered severe whiplash in 1996 from 2 car accidents. It is so bad now that the nerve blocks no longer work. Most doctors don't understand how bad this pain is. I really have about lost the fight in me to deal with this. Does anyone know of any surgeons in Tennessee? I want to have surgery and I saw a surgeon yesterday that said the only way they would do the surgery is if the pain radiated down my arm. I said.....Isn't it enough that it's constantly blowing my head off???? I would appreciate any help you can offer.

Did you have any expert PT after the whiplash? or expert chiropractic care?
It could be related to the accident and a pinched nerve.
Often surgeons & MDs don't suggest chiropractic.. a bias of sorts , sad really , especially if the patient might benefit..
