I have been suffering with Nervus Intermedius Neuralgia for at least 14 years. I had the MVD done in 2011 with no success. As a last resort I have been sent to a pain clinic, I also take Lyrica and xanax. I am merely existing I have no life. I'm looking for anyone going through what I am. Maybe someone has some other suggestions on relief from this terrible condition which seems to be getting worse as far as the pain. I rarely have a day where the pain is tolerable enough to even get out of bed. Please someone tell me there is something that can be done!

I had a MVD in 2011 at the Mayo Clinic in Florida. It didn't work. I live in severe constant pain not just in my ear but my whole head. I have read on here that you can have more than 1 surgery . The neurologist I have seen tell me it will make my pain worse if I have a 2nd surgery. I live in Tennessee. Any advice?
