Default Numb throat?

I have all the symptoms of Glossopharyngeal but also numbness? Is this related? Im trying to figure out whats going on with me. I cant have trsting due to being pregnant. Any help AT ALL is grateful

As far as I can see throat numbness can be associated with glossopharyngeal neuralgia though I don't know how common it is.
