Default Newly diagnosed

I was diagnosed yesterday with OC and I was taken off of Naproxen coz it wasn't working and put on Amitriptyline for pain and insomnia. I was on 10 mg but it didn't help me fall asleep. I still tossed and turned.

I wake up today and the pain is so bad in my head, neck, face. It's so hard to deal with.

How do others cope?

I also have pain in my back, shoulders, arms, wrists, fingers with tingling and numbness is this related to the OC dx?

I was also dx with Ataxia and don't know much about this condition either. I haven't had a follow up with my Neuro yet so I was hoping to hear some stories of others
