Hi all. I'm new to the site and saw that you are on the subject of sleeping.
I am finally getting some sleep these days, that is of course until I roll over onto my back or as some one said an "odd position" that my head doesn't like. I have found I have to be on my side using a memory foam pillow under my head (thanks Mom ), a second pillow that I hug (I think my husband is jealous because since this ON came on I just can't cuddle up to him for more than a nano second anymore) .. this pillow is firm enough to keep my upper shoulder from sagging or slouching down and then a 3rd pillow between my knees.
You must wonder by now where my husband sleeps! He has a spot wayyy over on the other side of the bed!

I had shots but they didn't work for me at all. I am now on meds that are giving me some relief as far as sleep and tolorating life goes but that pain is there just waiting for me to try and relax for a moment.

I wish you all peaceful painless moments.

Chloe

Welcome Chloe, but sorry this condition has brought you here. I have gone through so many pillows that I've spent a small fortune on them and still don't have one that really agrees with my neck and head. Anyway, I just wanted to welcome you. Ellena
