Confused other ON symptoms

Hi, I am new and wondering if any ON sufferers have symptoms in throat, roof of mouth, thorax area. I read one ON post(forget where) that said experienced sound in ears of heart wooshing - I have that, throat sensation and one time instead of the shock pain in head, it came out thru my tongue. Also once in a while if I touch my eyebrow I get a shock. Had nerve block - not much luck. Out of work on disability. Have PT and Accupuncture. Have this ON in severe mode only since summer - prior to that shocks came & went. Also at one time have shingles last year & saw another post of someone that had them - wonder if a connection as the pain started soon after that. Any replies appreciated. Thanks & I sympathize when reading posts - so many of us out here.

I had the whooshing heart beat, but not from ON, mine was from tight & spasmed neck muscles due to RSI/TOS type stuff.
i found out the sound is called "bruit".

Are your neck muscles feeling tight or strained at all?
