Question Cranial nerve pain. HELP!

Has anyone had selenium sensitivity cause cranial nerve pain? Specifically which results in pain and numbness around cheek bone, painful pinching feeling in the tongue, pain under my chin, stinging feeling in the soft pallet. It's not TMJ.

Default Selenium Problems

Get a blood test to see if you have too much in your system. I would never take selenium supplements since there is already too much in the American diet.
Always get a blood test before thinking you are deficient. All this guessing is dangerous.
