Default Good Weekend, anyone??

Mine was adequate, I'm an MSer and I'm resting off some extra fun I've had lately. In MI, we had mild weather and it is more than welcome!

What'd ya'll do?

I live in Ohio. I was out with my husband looking for a new kitchen table. We found one that will fit our kitchen just right. When we have friends over, we can add the extra boards in for more room. It'll be nice to finally have a table and chairs that go with each other!

Yay! Some good news!! Thanks, Becky, I really needed that. Isn't it great when you finally find just the right thing? It always does me a world of good.

So when's dinner? Shall I bring some wine?

Hi AMN and All,

Well... Saturday I slept late, then piddled around the house. Went to church and supper with DH that night. Came home and finished a little garden work.

Sunday, after taking care of Rocky's business (the new kitten) went out to the back yard and pulled huge thistles. Twenty six of them to be precise. This was a three hour task. Very mindless grunt work but very satisfying. I think it actually helps my back and shoulders if I carefully work them without any wrong moves. I think I only have about 5-6 thistles left to go.

Listed something on eBay Sunday night for DH and made supper. Laid out the weekly pill buffet for the week.

BTW, Rocky likes to play fetch. He'll fetch his favorite toys dozens of times, just like a puppy, lol. Drop them at my feet, ready to go again. Only a matter of time until he learns he doesn't need to work so hard to play... Oh, he also had diarrhea so took a sample to the vet, and wala, no parasites. He needs to be on a special food though, and so far his little potties look normal like they should... That's a relief, believe me!

Cin, I like quiet times too, like this weekend. It helps me to recharge my batteries a bit.
