Default dopamine insufficiency

The symptoms in my case are as follows: hard walk (as a drinked man) and restless sleep. Diagnosis from a Bucarest hospital: “many system atrophy – in the shape of an olive ponto cerebral (the little brain) – demeanors disturbance in the REM sleep”. My English is not so good but I hope you understood me.
Thank you, George
