Default Does this ever get better Part II

Another parent asked if this ever gets better and mentioned a possible residential placement.

I have mentioned our situation before...but feel awkward going into the details here.

Our relative is in her twenties...a kind soul...mostly med compliant....but a clear tendency toward impulsiveness.

For those with this illness who have enjoyed long periods of stability, particularly those who are employed, at what age did this happen?

Do you go to therapy weekly? What has helped you? What helps you the most?
When you weren't stable, was this in your youth? What were the things that helped the most and continues to help you the most?

Thank you.
