I would like to hear from people who are or have participated in Parkinson's exercise trials. Thanks

i did a tandem bike clinical trial about a year ago. i loved doing it, made friends. results aren't out but i noticed no immediate or long term reduction in any pd symptoms, others said they did. i was in pretty good shape to start and had been exercising vigorously for years so wasn't expecting any benefit. i have noticed if i go on a +3hr bike ride at a +10mph pace i do notice my sinemet seems to last longer for the rest of the day but no longer and i feel better mentally and physically. trial was 10 weeks, 3 days a week during the day so nobody in the trial worked full time.
