Default The All Blacks

Hey Aftermathman, wash yur mouth out with soap and vinegar. Remember we have a date a Twickenham come November where the number one Rugby team in the world will take on the number 70th team in the world you poms in a classic encounter that should sort out where you guys are at leading into next years Rugby world cup in France.

As you can see the Rationalist has been put to rest along with George Bush's veto on Embryonic Stem Cell Research. Well not quite and I hope you guys are workin hard to change the latter.

Hey cs and all the gang it's good to be back.

Default Today I got a new 'puter chair...

so I am finally spending a bit of time reading and writing....good thing we've decided we will be an open and accepting community. CS was the first person I collided with on the old forum so he holds a near and dear place in my heart. He's a little like watching a James Brown Concert, he falls down, but he always gets up again. (that is until they finally cart him off ) I hope ya know me well enough by now to know I'm outspoken but usually fairly benigne (sp?), rarely set out to offend, and am harder than H... to offend. Maybe we should write a Manifesto or Mission Statement or something to declare ourselves officially unofficial and therefore a waste of time to be offended by....that is unless you think otherwise. In which case you have the perfect right to be offended if you choose to be, and fully supportive of our decision to be an open and accepting community! Disclaimer: This post is directed at no one in particular and even if it was, which it isn't, it's not you.
CS: This light's for you Bud...(or is that just a Canadian thing?) -Love James Brown...glad to see ya here...JW

Default GIDDAY Braintalk1

Hey all. Now we are being spoilt, with two excellent cyber sites to hang out. If one runs out of milkshake mix we can meet at the other.

I just passed the ol hang out on my scooter eeerrr puter and the place was empty. On my way home I'll call on in, order a shake and say Gidday.

Default word from another one

bld sends greetings to all. she has been having a pretty rough time of it in RL (real life)--too many windows open at once, I think. She looks forward to rejoining us in cyberspace soon, and says she's doing okay. Same cell # as a couple of months ago.

Default Doing well, thanks T.

Well, thanks yourself for IMing me that night/morning. You were always the one to find me when no one else knew my name yet. When I went AWOL you followed me out there and kept watch until I was ready to surface again. You were uncanny about telling my mood and health from one word. I'd type "hi" and you'd say "what's wrong" or "glad you're ok". Tammy, O Toadster, wise beyond her tender years, you are always the guru to my seeker. And that's the truth.

See Paula's thread on certain alterations to my personal body. Soon it'll be over and I can go for walks again and meet the local toads and frogs. I'll send word by way of the evening croak.

Love, Jaye

how wonderful to receive an email today that pointed me in this direction....and then to see so many familiar names. I notice some of us have slight derivations on the old ones.

I hope everyone is doing okay.

I haven't had the chance to read through and find out exactly who has made it here so I'm gonna give myself a bit of a treat and head off down memory lane. No doubt I will find some of those wonderful threads that just made you feel good and ..oh...so close with the power of cyber space.

Look forward to reading and posting again....

Take care,

Nikki
