Many or most of the people who die from the flu die from pneumonia. The pneumovax vaccine lasts five years. I thought I'd gotten one, but records showed I never had one, so I got it recently, along with the regular flu vaccine, because I get asthma with the flu.
Instead of the H1N1 vaccine, I'm taking lots of Vitamin D3.
