Sometimes we need to acknowledge that because we are doing the best we can to cope with and eventually overcome this Beast.Attaboys are in order here. So even if you just managed to get out of bed and put one foot in front of another today, I say to you...Attaboy or Attagirl...ya did good.

Hi Everybody

There are a lot of good tips and ideas posted here. Our collective thoughts and ideas for dealing with the various movement problems could fill a book or at least be a topic for a new thread. Thanks Revertte123 for starting this one.
