i think this says weak glutes and the effect on metabolism etc can benefit from Creatine? is anyone out there experienced w/ Creatine for this? |

we tried this and the only thing we could tell was that it gave my husband horrendous muscle cramps. He would literally have to drink almost a quart of water when he felt one coming on to keep from doubling over until it subsided. We got off it and the cramps went away. He did put up with it for quite awhile, and he has a high pain tolerance, but he just couldn't take it indefinitely. Sorry, maybe for someone else it might not have this effect. |
